POMP is an ongoing epidemiological platform gathering data and providing insights related to the onset, response, and recovery from PRRS virus outbreaks
POMP includes 3 main key production indicators to estimate recovery from PRRS virus outbreaks:
Time-to-stability (TTS)
TTS is the number of weeks that the took to wean PCR-negative piglets defined as PRRSV AASV Stable (II or II-vx).

Time-to-baseline-production (TTBP)
TTBP is the number of weeks after the outbreak to recover the productivity in weaned piglets that the farm had before the outbreak.

Total loss (TL):
TL is the total number of piglets not weaned after the outbreak divided by inventory and standardized by 1,000 sows
